What will you do?
As Membership Administrator, you are the first point of contact for our members. You are the silent force behind a smooth member experience and the friendly voice that helps our members with all their questions.
 Your duties include:
- Answering questions from our members via phone and email
- Processing registrations, mutations and cancellations
- Assist with billing and collection questions
- Processing payments
- Perform and correct data checks.
- Digitizing and archiving documents
- Identify payment delays and coordinate the collection process
It is of course important to us that you fit with us, but even more important: that we fit with you!
What we like to see in you:
- You have MBO working and thinking level
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in customer service or membership administration
- You are a team player and have a positive work ethic
- You are available between 24 to 40 hours per week
- You work accurately and in a structured manner
- You are communicatively strong, customer-friendly and service-oriented, both by phone and email
- You have a proactive attitude and take initiative
- You have a command of the Dutch and English languages, both oral and written
- You love a joke and bring your own sense of humor!
