As Gym Manager, you are the hub of our gym. You make sure the team is on the same page, rules are followed and everyone has their responsibilities. With your knowledge and skills you make sure the facility runs smoothly. You are the first point of contact and guarantee satisfied customers and motivated staff.
We ask;
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
- A certified fitness instructor with experience providing a variety of group exercise classes.
- A degree in Sport, Management and Entrepreneurship or equivalent.
Furthermore, you are;
- A team player who ensures staff satisfaction while following rules.
- Passionate and athletic, focused on achieving goals for both yourself, staff and our members.
- Able to maintain overview and act flexibly.
- Administrative strong: you will ensure accurate administration and communicate clearly and in a timely manner with headquarters regarding schedules and/or changes, among other things.
- Someone with a high sense of responsibility and makes sure everything runs smoothly within the gym.
