WHAT YOU DO:

As Gym Manager, you are the heart of our gym. You make sure the team works well together, rules are followed and everyone takes responsibility. With your knowledge and skills you will ensure that the new facility runs smoothly. You will be the first point of contact and guarantee satisfied customers and motivated staff. Besides enforcing rules and keeping the overview, as a certified fitness instructor you even have the skills to provide splashing group classes such as; Boxing, Booty, Crosstraining, Bootcamp, Sixpack, Vitality Fitness and HIIT.

WE QUESTION:

• Excellent communication skills and flexibility.
• A certified fitness instructor with experience providing a variety of group exercise classes.
• A degree in Sport, Management and Entrepreneurship or equivalent.

BEYOND:

• A team player who ensures staff satisfaction while following rules.
• Passionate and athletic, focused on achieving goals for both yourself, staff and our members.
• Able to maintain overview and act flexibly.
• Administrative strong: you will ensure accurate administration and communicate clearly and in a timely manner with headquarters regarding schedules and/or changes, among other things.
• Someone with a high sense of responsibility and makes sure everything runs smoothly within the gym.
