To ensure that everyone can train smoothly and have fun, we ask

you to consider the following rules:

Be sure to always wear clean athletic shoes and appropriate sportswear to maintain a fresh training environment.
During your training, it is mandatory to use a towel. We expect you to bring your own.
After using the fitness equipment, clean everything with the available cleaning products and wipes. This is how we keep everything fresh together.
You are not allowed to use magnesium powder or liquid magnesium in our gyms.
It is recommended to store valuables in a locker during training. You are not allowed to bring bags, coats or other items of clothing into the training rooms. You cannot claim use of a locker after closing time. The use of your own locker is not permitted.
Do not disturb the peace of surrounding homes when parking nearby. Observe designated parking spaces. Place bicycles in the bike racks only.
Cell phone use is not permitted during practice. Please use your phone in such a way that others do not occupy the devices unnecessarily.

We have a zero tolerance policy when it comes to violence. Both verbal and/or physical violence will not be tolerated.
Keep the equipment available to your fellow athletes when not in use. Together we will ensure a smooth training experience.
At GymOne, we respect each other and the instructions of our staff. Please follow instructions to maintain a positive atmosphere.
Show your style with prescribed sportswear. Wearing clothing with offensive text or advertising of competing companies/agencies is not allowed. Wear prescribed sportswear, avoid frayed, torn or malodorous clothing.
The boxing ring is exclusively for personal training. It is not permitted to use the ring for spar and/or fights.

At GymOne, we welcome everyone, regardless of background, race, sexual orientation or any diversity.
It is mandatory to have a valid day pass or membership when you come to exercise at GymOne.
Scan the QR code at the front desk with the GymOne app before starting your workout.
The minimum age for fitness at GymOne gym is 12 years old.
Make sure you know how to use the equipment. When in doubt, ask one of our staff members. We are always ready to help.
Unwanted or desired intimacies are not permitted in the gym.
